Shipping policy

Where we ship

Zaverelle ships only within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not currently fulfil orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders placed from excluded destinations may be cancelled and refunded. 

Processing time

Orders are processed within one to two (1–2) business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day, or on weekends and U.S. public holidays, are generally processed on the next business day. 

Carriers and transit time

After processing, orders are handed to a carrier selected based on destination, package size, and service availability. The carriers we use include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard transit time within the continental United States is three to five (3–5) business days after handover, although carrier delays outside our control may extend this window. A tracking number is provided by email once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping within the continental United States is free of charge. 

If delivery does not arrive or arrives damaged
